The anti-banquet 2027 aims to raise £50,000 for WE BACK BRISTOL

We Back Bristol is a new initiative built around collaborative giving, bringing businesses together to invest in the city they are part of.

Bristol is a city known for its creativity, diversity, independence and community spirit. But the organisations that help create that sense of place are under increasing pressure.

1 in 4 people in Bristol  use charity support every week. At the same time, rising costs, falling donations, increasing demand and reduced funding are pushing community organisations to breaking point. Bristol's uniqueness isn't guaranteed. It is created and held up every day by the organisations filling the gaps that nobody else fills, bringing support, opportunity, connection, learning, celebration and leadership to communities across the city.

These organisations don't just support Bristol. They help make Bristol.

WE BACK BRISTOL

Bristol is full of businesses doing good. But when we come together, we can make a much bigger difference.

Together with Quartet Community Foundation, businesses can contribute through funding, donated assets and staff time.

The money raised through We Back Bristol will be distributed through grants to grassroots charities and community organisations working across Bristol, helping fund the people, projects and services that strengthen local communities and make a practical difference where it is needed most. 

THE ANTI BANQUETS COMMITMENT?

In 2027, The Anti Banquet will donate £50,000 from the funds raised at the event to the We Back Bristol funding pot.
